Without Hip-hop our society would be somewhat different. Without it there would not be much of Break dancing, rap songs, rappers, or graffiti. If these assets were gone, some teenagers would not have been able to find their hidden talent. Hip-hop would be one less place where teens could find hope or their internal connections; It would be one less way to express conflicts, thoughts, or feelings. If Hip-hop was not around, its influence would parish into oblivion.

This picture saddens me. I grew up with hip hop, and I grew up in a time when hip hop was fun, safe, and way to be creative. Hip hop influenced my clothes, music, hair, and thinking. Unfortunately, the true is not yet dead, but it is dying. My question is, "What started the demise of hip hop as we know it to be today?"
